Cancel before shipment

You may cancel your KOVA3000 preorder any time before shipment for a full refund of the amounts paid. This includes cancellation after a change to the development or shipping target.

How to request cancellation

Use our contact form and include your order number and the email used at checkout. Please do not send card numbers or passwords. We will confirm the cancellation and issue the refund to the original payment method.

Refund timing

After a refund is issued, the time for it to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. If you do not see the refund, contact your provider and then contact KOVA with your order details.

After shipment

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or different from your order, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Additional launch-stage return and warranty details are still being finalized. This does not reduce the cancellation promise for existing preorders.
