Terms of service

KOVA MOTO and KOVA3000

KOVA3000 is a riding companion in development. The website images are concept renders, and the interactive demo uses sample data. They show the product direction rather than a finished, verified device.

Preorder payment

The preorder price is $99.99 USD, paid in full at checkout. This payment helps fund development and production. Applicable taxes and available shipping options are shown at checkout. This is a single product preorder, not a recurring KOVA membership.

Development and compatibility

Features, hardware, finish, dimensions, mounting, app requirements and supported bikes are still being confirmed. Ghost Ride, games, challenges, crew features, clips and Find My Bike are planned capabilities. Tracking range and connectivity have not been verified. Speed is optional. KOVA6000/V2 and its future AI assistant are not included in this KOVA3000 preorder.

Shipping and cancellation

The current shipping target is September 2027, not a guaranteed delivery date. If timing changes, affected customers will be contacted with an updated estimate and may keep waiting or cancel before shipment for a full refund. See the shipping policy and refund policy.

Using KOVA

Games and interactive tasks are intended for stopped or off-bike use. Ghost Ride is intended for controlled courses. Follow local rules and give your attention to the ride.

Contact and privacy

Questions about your order or the product can be sent through our contact page. How personal information is handled is described in the privacy policy.
